At the scientific congress of the German Dialogue Marketing Association, Selina Wölflingseder was awarded the prestigious Young Talent Award for the GSA region for her master’s thesis.
During the 17th scientific congress of the German Dialogue Marketing Association in Offenburg, Selina Marie Wölflingseder, graduate of the Master’s program in Marketing & Sales Management, received the Alfred Gerardi Memorial Prize (AGGP) for the best master’s thesis on September 24, 2025. For 40 years, the award has been honoring young talent in dialogue marketing. With over 900 submissions, it is one of the most traditional awards in the GSA region.
She impressed the jury with her presentation on the topic “Beyond Ability, Benevolence and Integrity – Exploring Consumer Trust in AI Influencers through and beyond Mayer’s Trust Framework” (>> head here):
“I did my best to duly represent FHWien der WKW. I was particularly pleased that my supervisor, Uwe Seebacher, was also there and that we were able to celebrate this wonderful success together!”
When writing her Master’s thesis, the Selina Wölflingseder was supervised by Uwe Seebacher as well as Sandra Kytir, lecturers at FHWien der WKW.
FHWien der WKW’s Excellence Club promotes talent
The master’s graduate is a member of the newly established Excellence Club for exceptional students from the Communication Management, Journalism & Media Management and Marketing & Sales Management study programs at FHWien der WKW. The program promotes talent and provides support for master’s theses. The fact that a graduate of the Excellence Club has received such a prestigious award right at the start is proof for the quality and success of the new program.
