Service Point – your first point of contact

The Service Point team supports students and applicants with all questions regarding their studies. During opening hours, the Service Point is also available for the following concerns:

Issue and renewal of the Campus Card
Issue of discount cards for the garage
Issue of documents and papers
Inspection of examination documents
Reservation of study rooms
Issuance and return of admission cards, examination documents, teaching materials and equipment for lecturers
