Participants in the Excellence Club at FHWien der WKW gained exclusive insights into content production as well as modern PR and communications work at an communications agency.
Six members of the Excellence Club at FHWien der WKW visited the communications agency Chapter 4 in Vienna on November 11. Managing Partner Sigrid Prager-Kuhn and her team gave the students exciting insights into the diverse areas of activity of a modern full-service agency.
The agency, which has evolved from a original role as a classic PR agency to a comprehensive communications service provider, presented their way of working, current projects, and in-house video production and film studio. Students gained practical insights into the importance of video content in today’s PR and marketing communications with formats such as event videos, webinars, corporate videos, and CEO interviews.
In addition, Chapter 4 presented their international structure with Vienna as their headquarters for the CEE region and their wide range of services – from internal communications to PR and public affairs to marketing and media relations. Another focus was on current developments in the PR industry and the increasing role of artificial intelligence in content production. The experts emphasized how essential it is to take advantage of new technological opportunities and always keep up with the latest trends.
David Dobrowsky, Head of the Bachelor’s program in Corporate Communication, hosted the excursion. At the end of the visit, the students exchanged their impressions during a dinner at a pizzeria.
