The HR Inside Summit, the largest HR event in the DACH region, gathered more than 2,000 participants at the Hofburg Vienna to discuss the latest HR trends with top international experts.
Steffi Bärmann, Academic Expert & Lecturer of the Human Resources & Organization Study Programs, led a workshop, with the topic “Trust in AI”. She spoke about how trust in artificial intelligence can be built in the field of human resources development.
The session discussed how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be used in Human Resources Development (HRD), for example for skill matching and personalized learning on learning platforms. AI can be extremely efficient, but often the underlying technical processes are difficult for us to understand. This complexity can trigger uncertainty among employees. To what extent can building trust support here?
The discussion was lively and the participants very involved, an important contribution to bring HR experts together and shape the future of HRD and AI.
