Practical projects with students in the field of human resources & organization
In a practical project, students work on issues and challenges from a corporate context. With a great deal of curiosity, commitment, and an open mind, they develop solutions, fresh ideas, and new perspectives on HR and organizational topics.
Your advantages:
Solution-oriented approaches
Our students work on practical challenges from your company.
Relief for your internal resources
Around 35 students work together on your topic.
Employer branding & recruiting
Get to know high potentials in an interdisciplinary setting and present your company as an attractive employer.
Practical training & skills development
You enable students to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-world projects and gain valuable professional experience.
Possible topics for practical projects:
- Recruiting & Employer Branding
- Employee Retention
- Talent Management
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- HR Processes & Tools
- Organizational and Cultural Development
- Change Management
- Learning in Irganizations
- The future world of work, AI, and HR trends
How does the practical project work?
-
Your time investment: 2-3 appointments of 2-3 hours each with the students for kick-off, (possibly) interim presentation, and final presentation. In addition, preliminary discussions and regular exchanges between teachers and companies are important points of contact for a successful outcome.
-
Time frame: February to June for practical projects in the Bachelor’s program in Human Resource Management or September to January for practical projects in the Master’s program in Organizational and Human Resource Development.
-
Group size: Approximately 35 students work in small groups on your challenge to generate different perspectives and innovative solutions.
-
Supervision: Students are supervised by experienced experts at an academic level.
-
Methods used: Depending on the topic, qualitative and/or quantitative methods may be used. The methodological approach is agreed upon with the cooperation partner.
-
Result: During the final presentation, students present their solution ideas and recommendations for action, which are then submitted in writing.
Who are our cooperation partners?
Our practical projects are cross-sectoral and aimed at companies and institutions of all sizes – from international corporations to the public sector and NGOs.
