Project Kick off: Students conduct research for tpa

March 5, 2018

Students of the Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources Management research the expectations of the customers of the GenY and GenZ towards tax consultants

Digitization is changing the world of work, also, the processes and/or instruments of tax consultants. Furthermore, expectations of the customers of GenY and GenZ are changing too.

The students of the Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources Management investigate this field of tension on behalf of tpa. Representatives of tpa were pleased about the interest of the students discussing questions about the background of the project.

In the integrative module Business Research, on the one hand, scientific methods are theoretically taught and, at the same time, practically applied in a project. In the summer semester 2018, the six project groups will conduct 30 interviews with customers of tax consultants belonging to GenY and GenZ.

The project groups will be supervised by Barbara Covarrubias Venegas and Maija Worek, M.Sc. (Department of Human Resources & Organization), as well as Dominik Fröhlich (University of Vienna).
