The focus of the 3rd HRPROGRESS Business Breakfast on March 22, 2018, was the recently published anthology on international perspectives in human resources management. In addition, three experts presented in a Science Slam format.
The Business Breakfast began with a Science Slam, in which three top-class researchers presented their Theses in a compact and entertaining manner in just 8 minutes (only pictures, no text!):
- Dr. Christina Schweiger from the FHWien spoke on the topic “Learn the rules to break them! The role of organizational logic in change processes”.
- Dr. Markus Ebner from Ebner Team/University of Vienna presented his slam contribution under the motto “Positive Leadership: Average or Excellence?”.
- Dr. Dominik Fröhlich from the University of Vienna discussed his theses on “The organization, my network and me”.
Afterwards there was the opportunity to exchange with the slammers and the other guests of the HRPROGRESS Business Breakfast during two rounds of discussions.
