Exciting guest lecture on the topic of Compensation & Benefits in the course of our Master’s Program in Organizational and Human Resources Development. Expert MMag. Michael Walzek discussed current trends and developments with our students.
Our students in the course Human Resources Management had the opportunity to experience a very instructive and varied guest lecture on the topic of Compensation & Benefits. Our guest speaker and expert Michael Walzek explained in detail which tasks and responsibilities arise in the area of Compensation & Benefits. He also illustrated which tools are used, for example how a compensation study is read and what is important when selecting one.
Finally, he gave us insights into current trends and developments and stimulated exciting discussions. In breakout rooms, our students exchanged views on various questions, such as whether “payment for performance” increases motivation.
