During a business project together with the Bundesministerium für Finanzen with the title “Virtual leadership of teams”, our 6th semester students from the Bachelor’s program “Management & Entrepreneurship” worked on the following questions:
- How can commitment in virtually led teams be created and sustained?
- What does performance management look like for virtually led Teams?
- Which communicative and technical skills are necessary in order to successfully lead virtual teams?
- Which technical (IT-) tools are available for virtually led Teams?
A great number of visitors from the BMF were interested in the research and recommendations of the students, and the presentations as well as the following discussions were valuable for both sides. All in all, the HR business project was a successful last course for the students before finishing their degree program!
