Online Course: “Wissenschaftliches Schreiben Schritt für Schritt“

The online self-study course “Wissenschaftliches Schreiben Schritt für Schritt”
is available on the MOOC platform iMooX (Massive Open Online Course) since October 2021. The project was funded by the fnma (Forum neue Medien in der Lehre Austria), among others, and was created in cooperation of the Teaching & Learning Center with Schreiben mit Chribs and AD Film.
The online course consists of five lessons, each of which addresses a key aspect of the academic writing process. It is hands-on and application-oriented with writing exercises & techniques, reflection questions and practical assignments. The content is free & accessible to students, teachers & those interested in writing, regardless of time or location.
The learning videos are available as a self-paced online course on iMooX. In addition, the videos can be accessed individually on YouTube, independently of the overall course concept on iMooX. Thus, the asynchronous self-paced course (license CC BY-ND 4.0) can be used for personal writing as well as in teaching.
