The title and content of this year’s HR project for the client MAN Truck & Bus Vertrieb Österreich GmbH was very up-to-date: “Challenges of Virtual Leadership”.
The participating students analyzed literature regarding commitment in virtual teams, they examined the differentiation and appropriateness of leadership, management and information tools, they elaborated an overview of technical (IT-)Tools for virtual teams and they explored literature regarding essential communicative competence and technical fitness for virtual leadership.
The feedback to the final presentation of the project on Wednesday May 20, 2020 via Zoom sounded “comprehensive, diverting and successful”!
