The award for journalists in training
The Journalism Young Talent Award of FHWien der WKW will be presented for the seventh time in 2025. The award aims to support aspiring journalists at the start of their careers and offers them a platform to present themselves to the industry and a wider audience.
The prize is awarded in the following four categories:

In addition, a special prize in the category Best Thesis will be awarded among all theses submitted by students and alumni of FHWien der WKW.
All entries will be judged by an expert jury consisting of two industry representatives from each category as well as the respective Academic Expert & Lecturer of FHWien der WKW.
Following the award ceremony, we invite you to a reception with sparkling wine to toast the winners of the evening. For better planning, please register in advance.
