At TransformationCamp in mid-April 2026, speakers including Rudi Anschober and musician Anna Buchegger will explore bold steps in times of profound change.
Vienna, March 27, 2026 – For the third time, the Human Resources & Organization study programs at FHWien der WKW are hosting TransformationCamp. The event’s partner is fifty1, a management consulting firm specializing in systemic organizational development in the digital age. The two-day event on April 16 and 17, 2026, will provide insights into topics such as organizational development, change management, new forms of work, and artificial intelligence. The innovative “Un-Conference” format allows participating experts, practitioners, and interested individuals from various industries to engage in intensive dialogue and design their own sessions and workshops.
Shaping Change Together
Organizations are facing profound changes. Digitalization, artificial intelligence, and new ways of working are challenging companies to rethink their structures, processes, and leadership. The TransformationCamp 2026, held on the campus of FHWien der WKW, offers a platform for open discussion and collaborative learning.
Three keynote speeches will provide insights into shaping transformation processes:
-
- As Minister of Health during the COVID-19 pandemic, Rudi Anschober had to make critical decisions under enormous pressure—experiences that have shaped his views on leadership, responsibility, and transformation. His keynote speech is titled after his newly published book, “ErMUTigung – Wie Veränderungen gelingen können und warum wir stärker sind, als wir glauben”.
- Marie Luise Menzel, COO at Lufthansa Industry Solutions, discusses in her keynote “Brave Maneuvers to Reach Bold Futures” how courageous moves shape the future.
- Kosima Kovar has founded several companies and has been named twice to the “Forbes 30 Under 30” list. The graduate of FHWien der WKW has titled her keynote “Be Your Own Asset,” in which she explains how to become a decisive force within an organization.
Artists bring Transformation to Life
To truly understand change, you have to experience and feel it. At TransformationCamp, the contributions of Austrian artists make this possible.
- Anna Buchegger is an Austrian musician who enjoys combining traditional dialect music with modern, avant-garde sounds. Through her musical performance, she will bring transformation to life.
- In her show “Mach es richtig falsch” (Do it wrong in the right way), cabaret artist Michaela Obertscheider takes a humorous look at our culture of error.
Discussion on Transformation Processes
“TransformationCamp creates space for open exchange on change processes in organizations and helps ideas take root,” explains Christina Schweiger, Head of Human Resources & Organization Study Programs at FHWien der WKW. She is delighted about the renewed collaboration between FHWien der WKW and fifty1: “Together, we are creating a platform where people from different organizations can exchange ideas, learn from one another, and take bold steps on the path to transformation.”
Un-Conference: Knowledge Transfer on Equal Terms
In 2026, TransformationCamp will once again utilize the “Un-Conference” format, which combines keynotes by experts with an interactive camp format. The maximum of 200 participants will bring their own questions to the table, discuss their experiences, and jointly develop new perspectives for organizations in transition. This participatory approach enables knowledge transfer on equal footing and fosters networking among participants.
Inspiration for Organizations in Transition
The TransformationCamp is aimed at executives, organizational development specialists, HR professionals, and anyone concerned with the future of organizations. The event will take place on April 16 and 17, 2026, at FHWien der WKW and is organized in collaboration with the transformation network fifty1.
