On March 20, 2026, numerous prospective students and applicants once again attended our Open House to learn more about our practice-oriented study programs and get tips for the admissions procedure.
Diverse program
Our Head of Academic Affairs, Beate Huber, gave a general presentation introducing our university of applied sciences and our study programs. You can download the presentation in German here. Our Center for International Education & Mobility (CIEM) and our Writing Center also introduced themselves to prospective students in two separate presentations.
In addition, numerous information sessions were held for our Bachelor’s and Master’s programs. At the information booths for the various study programs, our students and staff provided advice and offered exclusive insights into student life and campus life at FHWien der WKW as well as final tips for the application and admissions procedure.
During guided campus tours, prospective students also got to know important service facilities such as the Service Point and the Library, got a taste of the lecture hall atmosphere, discovered the Chill & Learn Area and explored the TV and radio studio. Our IT room was also well-attended, as prospective students and applicants could demonstrate their skills during the trial admissions test. They also gained exclusive insights into exciting lectures during open classes.
