As part of the “Mentoring” course in the Bachelor’s Program in Finance, Accounting & Taxation, first-semester students had the opportunity to attend a guest lecture by the international tax and auditing firm Forvis Mazars.
Forvis Mazars is a global network with over 40,000 experts in more than 100 countries, offering services in the areas of auditing, tax consulting, advisory, and consulting — in short, a top address in the tax sector.
In the lecture, the experts from Forvis Mazars provided a lively insight into everyday work in tax consulting: exciting cases were presented, typical challenges were explained, and solutions were outlined for successfully overcoming them.
Theory and practice came together – a valuable opportunity for students to experience first-hand the skills that count in everyday working life.
