FHWien der WKW hosted Digital Real Estate Day 2025

September 26, 2025

From real-time data analysis and digital construction site communication to AI phones and drone analysis: At the Digital Real Estate Day leading PropTech companies presented their innovative digital solutions for the real estate industry. The event was co-organized by Ivalu, with support from TPA.

FHWien der WKW opened its doors for the third Digital Real Estate Day. The event brought together 14 leading companies in the PropTech industry with students and experts from the real estate sector. The focus was on innovative digital solutions, demonstrating how new technologies are changing the industry, but also which processes or challenges can be solved quickly and easily.

Focus on digital solutions for the real estate industry

The participating companies presented their products, services and applications that make a wide variety of real estate processes more efficient, transparent and sustainable. Four applications attracted particular interest:

  • Propcorn presented a platform that analyzes market and property data in real time, enabling it to automatically identify potential in individual buildings and entire neighborhoods.
  • smino presented a digital project platform that can be used to document and coordinate construction processes from planning to completion.
  • Cambioo developed an AI phone to revolutionize telephone customer service in the real estate industry.
  • Aero Survey uses drone technology to capture real estate and construction projects from the air. High-resolution 3D models and precise survey data provide valuable foundations for planning, valuation and marketing.

The range of solutions presented ranged from data analysis and project management to marketing platforms and innovative tools for sustainability and energy efficiency.

The event concluded with a panel discussion moderated by Walter Senk. Klemens Braunisch (Head of Real Estate Management Study Programs at FHWien der WKW), Mathias Mühlhofer (Immobilienrendite AG) and Florian Petrikovics provided insights into practical applications and discussed the extent to which digitalization has penetrated the real estate world.

From the field to the lecture hall

A particular added value of Digital Real Estate Day lies in its practical relevance, as third-semester Bachelor’s student Anastasia Bannert emphasized: “Precisely because I am studying alongside my job, I really appreciate the fact that so many different companies are represented in one place at Digital Real Estate Day. This gives me a quick overview of the latest digital solutions and valuable ideas for my everyday work. It’s a great opportunity to stay up to date.”

Where technology and users come together

For Ronald Goigitzer, co-organizer of the event and CEO of Ivalu, Digital Real Estate Day has a clear mission: “With this event, we are building a bridge between digital products, service providers, and users. Our goal is to bring together different perspectives and actively shape the digital transformation of the real estate industry.”

Platform for exchange and future trends

Digital Real Estate Day at FHWien der WKW has once again established itself as a central platform for the exchange of ideas about innovations in the real estate industry. Students, companies and experts were able to learn from each other and provide impetus for further digitalization.
