With the start of the 2025/2026 winter semester, Carmen Dilch took over the technical and organizational management of the Bachelor’s program in Real Estate at FHWien der WKW on September 1.
As a distinguished expert with in-depth knowledge and over 20 years of experience in real estate project development with a focus on logistics and industrial real estate, she is responsible for the academic and organizational management of the program.
Carmen Dilch is the author of numerous specialist publications and a sought-after speaker and seminar leader on real estate and technical topics. Her academic background includes studies in civil engineering and management as well as real estate management and valuation in Vienna.
She is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In addition to her teaching and research activities, Carmen Dilch is involved in the training committee of the Austrian Sustainable Real Estate Association (ÖGNI), as a board member for real estate issues in the Austrian Logistics Association (BVL), and as head of real estate-related courses at WIFI Vienna. She has received numerous awards for her achievements, including the 2017 Cäsar in the Small Diamond category, the highest honor in the Austrian real estate industry.
Since January 2022, Carmen Dilch has been teaching as an Academic Expert & Lecturer in the field of Real Estate Management. On September 1, 2025, she took over as Head of the Bachelor’s Program in Real Estate at FHWien der WKW, shaping the academic education of future real estate experts.
