About the speaker:
Natalie Flatz has been a member of the Executive Board at Lidl Austria as Chief People Officer since February 2024. In this role, she bears overall strategic and operational responsibility for approximately 5,800 employees. Her career began in 2011 immediately after earning her degree in Business Management – Entrepreneurship from the FHWien der WKW. Since then, she has held various leadership positions in sales and supply chain management and most recently served as interim head of a regional subsidiary. Her current priorities include the digital transformation of the HR department, positioning Lidl Austria as the most attractive employer, and the targeted promotion of young talent with a special focus on female leadership. As an advocate of data-driven HR, she steers HR strategy using relevant KPIs to help shape the company’s success in a sustainable and measurable way.
