In a connected and competitive world, a strong personal brand is key to becoming visible—whether when starting a job, on LinkedIn, or within the company itself. FHWien graduate and personal branding expert Ilja Jay Lawal will show you in his presentation how you can make more of your potential—whether you are introverted or extroverted!

He is not only a successful influencer, but also an ambitious entrepreneur who understands the mechanisms of the creator economy and actively shapes it. With his keen sense for trends, communication, and community building, he has built a strong personal brand and runs “FOLLOW,” one of Austria’s largest social media and influencer agencies.
Ilja Jay Lawal not only completed his bachelor’s degree in communication management at FHWien der WKW, but also passes on his knowledge to students as a lecturer.
Influencer & Kabarettist Dr. Bohl Dr. Bohl
He is a well-known TikToker, cabaret artist, and, as he impressively demonstrated on the television show “Dancing Stars,” also a gifted dancer. Dr. Bohl uses social media not only for self-promotion, but also for authentic content with depth. Whether it’s everyday observations, social issues, or educational content, our speaker simply knows how social media can be a career booster.
