First place in the Franz Bogner Science Prize for PR 2024

A Master’s thesis in the Communication Management study program on the relationship between marketing and public relations took first place in the Franz Bogner Science Prize for PR 2024.

The award ceremony for the Franz Bogner Science Prize for PR 2024 took place April 22, 2024 at the Federation of Austrian Industries’ ballroom. Two theses by students from the Communication Management study programs were honoured.

Michael Rotschädl was awarded 1st prize for his Master’s thesis “The relationship between marketing and public relations. A quantitative study on the status quo from an organisational and integration perspective in large Austrian companies” in the Communication Management study program (category “Master’s theses at universities of applied sciences”).

The thesis was supervised by Andreas Hess. He is an Academic Expert & Lecturer in Communication Sciences at FHWien der WKW.

Enzo Di Vece is currently studying the Master’s program in Communication Management at FHWien der WKW. He was awarded 3rd prize for his Bachelor’s thesis at the University of Vienna entitled “Federal presidential election campaign 2022 on Facebook: Image strategies of Alexander Van der Bellen and Walter Rosenkranz in comparison” (category “Bachelor’s theses”).
