From Theory to Practice: Students Tackle Strategic Challenges with Dablam Ltd.

April 21, 2026

In collaboration with Dablam Ltd., the Project Portfolio Management module within the Executive Management Master’s program at FHWien der WKW, led by Dr. Diana Muslimova, integrates real-world strategic challenges directly into the learning experience.

This partnership brings industry expertise directly into the classroom. Dablam Ltd., operating at the forefront of digital reputation and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), supports organisations in maintaining visibility across search environments and Large Language Models, and plays an active role in shaping the learning experience and contributing to student development.

As part of the course, students first developed project portfolio concepts based on a Medical AI case. These were reviewed by Dablam Ltd. experts, providing an external perspective and forming the basis for the next phase.

On April 16–17, the Dablam Strategic Challenge was introduced. Over two days, Aurora Petzetakis, Business Development Manager, delivered a focused session on reputational analysis and consulting approaches. In collaboration with Aydar Muslimov, Research & Intelligence Manager, she developed tailored strategic challenges for 12 student teams across two cohorts, directly building on their prior work.

Students will present their initial strategic responses on May 22, followed by refinement based on structured feedback. Selected teams will then present their final concepts on May 29 in the presence of Dablam Ltd. representatives and industry professionals.

We highly value this collaboration and Dablam Ltd.’s meaningful contribution to creating a practice-oriented learning environment and supporting the development of our students through real-world strategic challenges.
