Experiencing excursion shipping live

Our students from the Bachelor’s program in Tourism & Hospitality Management (3rd semester) got to know the practical side of excursion shipping live on September 15, 2022 as part of the specialization “Management of tourist modes of transport”.

Barbara Brandner, CEO of the family business Brandner Schifffahrt, gave our students from the Bachelor’s program in Tourism & Hospitality Management exciting insights into the tourist significance of excursion shipping on the Danube during a boat trip with the MS Austria from Wachau to Spitz/Danube and back.

This gave our students the opportunity to perfectly combine and internalize their acquired knowledge and practical application.
