The 4th semester of the Bachelor’s program in Human Resources Management started with a hot topic for our students: the use of AI in HR development. In cooperation with ÖBB, our students will be working on a practical HR project over the next few months.
The kick-off in the new ÖBB Open Innovation Factory took place in mid-February. Five teams of students are now working on this exciting topic. A comprehensive analysis and specific recommendations for action for ÖBB will be presented at the final presentation in June. In this field project, the students can directly apply the knowledge they have already acquired. They will be supported by our experienced coaches and lecturers Stefan Teufl and Michael Walzek.
