Every year in the summer semester, the popular HR business field projects start in the Bachelor’s degree program in HR Management. This gives students the opportunity to apply and expand their previously acquired knowledge with concrete practical tasks.
Through a cooperation with “hokify – the mobile job platform”, the focus this time is on the analysis of the use and acceptance of mobile applications. With the help of a quantitative survey, motivation, wishes and challenges should be identified, analyzed and finally lead to recommendations. Together in project teams, students use their expertise and gain new knowledge, especially in the field of empirical research.
At the end of February, the kick-off was dominated by the “Company Meeting“. Sebastian Prax, PR & Community Manager of hokify, gave comprehensive insight into the company and the task. “Especially exciting for us is the question how individual generations see the application of the future. Is there a difference at all and if so, what kind of difference?” Sebastian Prax pointed out.
We look forward to providing answers to these and other questions at the end of the term.
