On April 7, 2022, TM alumna Julia Schröckmayr, BA MBA, Team Leader Sales for Germany and Austria at American Express in Madrid, offered insights into her career path, the company and current job opportunities.
After a short presentation of her exciting career path and an overview of the company American Express, Julia Schröckmayr gave the interested students an understanding of her tasks in the Sales Department and informed them about current job opportunities. In the subsequent Q & A session, she answered many questions about living and working in Madrid, the advantages of a multinational corporation, working in sales in times of increasing digitalization as well as questions about continuous training and leadership skills.
