What will applications be like in the future? And which marketing tools can strengthen an employer brand on the World Wide Web? These and other questions were addressed to students of the Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources Management.
The lecture “HR-Practical-Project” is always a special highlight in the fourth semester of the Bachelor’s program in Human Resources Management. With the help of research, interviews and surveys, real problems of cooperation partners are focused on for several months. At the end of the semester, insightful customer presentations are the result – this time in a virtual environment.
“Employer Branding & Recruiting with online marketing tools” was the central topic of the practical project with HiPP. The full-time students presented directly applicable concepts to an audience of HiPP managers.
The part-time students set up an online survey to ask generation Y and Z about the use and acceptance of mobile applications for the client “hokify, the mobile job platform”. At the end of June 2020, the results of the survey led to a successful final presentation with lively exchanges and words of praise.
