A special highlight this year is the “PE practical project” course in the third semester of the Master’s degree in Organizational and Personnel Development. The project kick-off with our client Helvetia Insurance AG took place this week. Bernd Allmer (Head of HR and Organizational Development) and Thorid Braunstein (Team Leader HR & Organizational Development) from Helvetia introduced us to the exciting world of work at an insurance company and familiarized us with the task at hand.

The aim of the practical project is to carry out a comprehensive analysis of employer branding from an internal and external perspective. On the basis of this analysis, practical and innovative recommendations for action are developed. We look forward to an interesting and instructive project phase. The results will be presented to the client in December.

The project groups are supervised by Brigitte Hampel and Gloria Warmuth from the Human Resources & Organization study program, primarily in an online setting.
