Our introductory subject Personnel Management Basics was a creative and varied course. In the exercise “Vernissage” current HR topics were developed and presented. The exhibits are well worth seeing!
Teaching in a different way – This semester our full-time students of the Bachelor’s programe in human resources management were given the task of working on the very latest personnel topics in artistic form. The topics were
- – Digitization,
- – Sustainability,
- – Diversity,
- – Workplace health promotion,
- – New ways of work and
- – Life-phase oriented HR management.
The students had to investigate the questions as to why the individual areas are of current importance for personnel specialists, then conduct literature and online research and finally present best practice examples, models and approaches. There were no limits to creativity.
In small groups, the topics were presented creatively, vividly and informatively in self-designed exhibits.
A big applause goes to all participants! It was a great event, which was carried out by the students with great commitment and enthusiasm!
