Get-Together for New Master’s Students: First Steps into a New Chapter

July 21, 2026

Even before the Master’s program Organizational and Human Resources Development officially begins, the Master’s Get-Together offered future students the opportunity to make initial contacts and get to know the team of the Human Resources & Organization study programs. The event created an open setting for exchange and networking and prepared the new cohort for the start of their studies in autumn.

On 1 July 2026, the team of the Human Resources & Organization study programs welcomed those who had successfully completed the admissions process and will begin their Master’s program Organizational and Human Resources Development at FHWien der WKW in autumn.

Getting to Know Each Other and Networking

The focus of the Get-Together was on personally meeting the study program team as well as future fellow students. In a relaxed atmosphere, participants had the opportunity to engage in initial conversations, exchange experiences, and establish contacts for the start of their studies together.

It already became clear how valuable personal exchange before the start of studies can be: common ground was discovered, professional backgrounds were shared, and initial networks were formed.

Diverse Reasons for Choosing the Program

In conversations with the future Master’s students, it became clear which factors had shaped their decision to study. Positive experiences from the Bachelor’s program at FHWien der WKW were mentioned as motivation for taking the next step in their education. The personal and appreciative atmosphere of the program, the opportunities to specialize in coaching and law, and the diverse career prospects offered by the Master’s program were also highlighted.

Looking Forward to the New Cohort

The Master’s Get-Together marked a successful start to the upcoming beginning of studies. The Human Resources & Organization study programs look forward to accompanying the new cohort on their further academic and personal development journey and wishes all students a successful start to their Master’s program.
