Executive Management students present AI-driven strategic healthcare solutions in collaboration with Dablam Ltd.

June 9, 2026

As part of the Project Portfolio Management course within the Executive Management Master’s program at FHWien der WKW, students presented their final strategic solutions developed in collaboration with Dablam Ltd. on May 29, 2026.

Building on earlier portfolio concepts focused on a Medical AI and healthcare transformation case, students worked throughout the semester on complex strategic challenges involving AI-supported healthcare workflows, governance structures, operational efficiency, reputational risk, stakeholder communication and implementation planning.

Following an internal evaluation process, three teams were selected from twelve participating groups to present their final concepts before representatives of Dablam Ltd. and invited guests. Aurora Petzetakis, Business Development Manager at Dablam Ltd., provided direct professional feedback during the final session, offering students valuable insights into strategic consulting, governance and stakeholder-oriented decision-making processes.
