The Tourism & Hospitality Management study program of FHWien der WKW was represented by the 3rd semester BA students Alexandra Spiropoulos, Paula Kämpf and Nicolas Fleissner, along with their coach Andrew Pullen at the 12th European Mise en Place Cup which took place in Maastricht from February 16 to 17, 2020.
This invite-only hospitality business competition attracted 36 University and Hotel Management teams from 17 countries. The competing teams‘ performances were evaluated based on the criteria of creativity, presentation and business viability and our team impressed the juries of industry professionals with their innovative ideas and professional presentations, once again underlying the quality and practical industry relevance of our Tourism and Hospitality Management study program.
