Target group and trend analysis for traditional Viennese coffee houses owned by the Querfeld family

Both locals and tourists have a clear idea of what to expect from ​​their visit to a typical Viennese coffee house. In addition to traditional coffees, hot and cold pastries are often ordered. Furthermore, the guests particularly appreciate the special ambience and the typical atmosphere in Viennese coffee houses.

During a target group and trend analysis for traditional Viennese coffee houses, students of the Master’s program “Leadership in Tourism” have gained interesting insights. The project was carried out together with students of the Bachelor’s program “Tourism Management”.
