Barbara Covarrubias Venegas (researcher at the Department of Human Resources & Organization at FHWien der WKW) was pleased to receive the invitation as an expert for intercultural cultural and diversity in organizations” by brainworker powered by Vienna Insurance Group.
The study examined to what extent organizations in Austria consider intercultural diversity as a chance and a challenge, and which internal and external measures for dealing with intercultural diversity have already been set or are currently being planned.
The study provides insights into the relevance of intercultural diversity in organizations as well as detailed results on the degree of implementation of individual measures on intercultural diversity in the areas of recruiting, leadership, personnel development, employer branding, strategy, onboarding, reporting and expatriation.
