Markus Scholz and his co-authors Gastón de los Reyes (George Washington University) and Craig Smith (INSEAD) have written an article on the potential of the Integrative Social Contracts Theory (ISCT).
ISCT was developed by the renowned business ethicists Thomas Donaldson and Thomas Dunfee. In their article, Markus Scholz and his co-authors build upon the work by Donaldson and Dunfee to extend the ISCT framework and particularly highlight the potential of ISCT as an ethical orientation for managers. This article was recently published in Business Ethics Quarterly, the globally leading scientific journal in the field of business ethics.
