The nominations for the 3rd Journalism Young Talent Award 2021 have been selected. The winners from five categories will be announced at an online award ceremony on September 27, 2021, starting at 6:00 pm.
The award will be presented in five categories: Radio & Audio, TV & Video, Text, Multimedia and Best Thesis. An expert jury consisting of Daniela Süssenbacher, Head of Journalism & Media Management Study Programs, and Academic Experts & Lecturers Regula Blocher, Carola Leitner, Martin Reichenauer and Karina Schwann, as well as two external independent jury members for each category judged the submitted works.
The Journalism Young Talent Award is endowed with a total of 2.500 Euros. With this award FHWien der WKW supports students and graduates in their career entry and wants to offer them a platform to present themselves to the industry as well as to a larger audience.
The online award ceremony takes place on September 27, 2021, starting at 6:00 pm – registration for the award ceremony is requested:
