In line with the motto “Study real business.”, students of the Real Estate Management Study programs took the opportunity to visit the construction site of an innovative new residential building project in Arndstrasse in the 12th district. This project is being realized by the Viennese housing developer WINEGG and is characterized by modern living diversity, coordinated furnishings and flexible floor plans.
Project manager Michael Van Aken and WINEGG authorized signatory Hannes Speiser gave the interested students a tour of the construction site and presented the project. The focus of this new-build project is on creating a sustainable living space that is suitable for both investors and owner-occupiers. The new building impresses with its lively neighborhood and perfect transport connections. The short distances to everyday needs and attractive open spaces offer additional convenience for future residents.
