F&B and gastronomy outlets at Hotel Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere

The students of our Bachelor’s program Tourism & Hospitality Management visited the Hotel Andaz as part of the specialization “Gastronomy and Culinary Management” on March 17, 2022.

General manager Michel Wittwer and head chef Dieter Stamminger offered an interesting insight into the gastronomy and culinary management of the Hotel Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere. The students and lecturer Manfred Ronge, CEO Ronge & Partner, learned lots of interesting facts about the peculiarities of hotel gastronomy and were able to intensively deal with the F&B and kitchen areas on site.
