4th Gastronomy founding day of the study program Tourism & Hospitality Management
On 25th of January 2018 the study area for Tourism & Hospitality Management welcomed more than 100 guests at their 4th Gastro-Gründertag.
Our guest enjoyed exciting talks, inspiring insights by the founder of “wrap stars” and “Miss Maki” and a student’s fascinating exhibition about current trends in Tourism & Gastronomy.
The start-up center of Erste Bank Vienna informed about business planning and forms of financing. Bernhard Hiehs, CEO of Derenko Ltd., full service interior & design agency presented insights about how to create a perfect gastronomy ambiance. Professor Dr. Christoph Ribbat, a cultural scientist, read from his book about the history of restaurants.
At the get-together afterwards there was the opportunity for networking and discussions.
