FHWien der WKW, Austria’s leading university of applied sciences for management and communication, succeeded in 2023 with the acquisition of Hernstein, a further milestone in the expansion of its continuing education track.

FHWien der WKW offers practice-oriented Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in management and communication. Hernstein’s portfolio includes open training courses and customized programs for companies in the areas of leadership, communication, self-management and group dynamics.

FHWien der WKW was founded in 1994 and is Austria’s leading university of applied sciences for management and communication.

Working in close contact with Austrian corporations, FHWien der WKW offers comprehensive and practice-oriented academic programs to over 2,900 Bachelor and Master students.

Two thirds of our teaching staff have a background in business. Our programs are tailored to the needs of companies, optimally preparing our graduates – over 15,100 to date – for their future careers.
