15 students from the Real Estate Management Study Programs visited the DC Waterline construction site. Here in the 22nd district, a new sustainable innovation and education campus is being built directly on the banks of the Danube to create a place for learning, living and working.
Christian Kerth, Commercial Group Manager at STRABAG Real Estate GmbH, gave the group of students a tour of the construction site. A total of three building complexes will be built here by 2025: DC Musikflats (apartments with private rehearsal rooms), DC Bildungscampus (kindergarten & bilingual school) and DC Innovationscampus (“ideas playground” for companies & start-ups).
This DGNB pre-certified campus project is a district development by STRABAG Real Estate and the S+B Group. Companies and employees alike will find completely new standards for doing, working and designing together in DC Waterline. Here, different areas of life such as leisure, work and education are combined to create synergies.
