Our speakers, Klara Reisinger and Ingrid Wick, paint an authentic picture of what it can mean to take over a company and talk about their personal experiences.
The talk will focus on the following questions:

- What qualities should young entrepreneurs bring to the table if they want to take over an existing business?
About the Speakers:
Klara Reisinger studied management & entrepreneurship at FHWien der WKW and specifically prepared for the generational transition at the family business ANREI. Since April of this year, she has been leading the company as a representative of the fifth generation, making her the first woman at the helm of the family business. Her appointment signifies not only the continuation of the family tradition but also a shift in leadership style and corporate culture.
Ingrid Wick earned a degree in Marketing & Sales from FHWien der WKW. After the failed takeover of the family business, she moved to Raiffeisen Ware Austria, where she held various leadership and executive management positions for several years. Today, she is an independent entrepreneur, consultant, and mentor specializing in business succession, transformation, and leadership.
