Applications open on January 8, 2020
Applications for applicants with final documents from third countries close on April 14, 2020

(Hand it in personally by April 15, 5pm, otherwise the postmark of April 15 is valid. If you send it via post, the application has to arrive by April 21, the latest.)

Applications close on May 11, 2020

(Hand it in personally by May 12, 5pm, otherwise the postmark of May 12 is valid. If you send it via post, the application has to arrive by May 18, the latest.)

*Test date computer-based test: April 22- 28, 2020
May 18- 26, 2020 (You can choose between various times.)
**Test date for applicants for the degree programs Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication and Master’s degree in Executive Management for whom Austria is not their primary residence: April 22, 2020 or
May 20, 2020(You can choose between various times.) 
Sending of invitations/rejections for the
degree program specific test dates:
June 3, 2020
Degree program specific test dates: June 4 – June 26, 2020

(The actual dates available are viewable as soon as you receive an invitation to the degree program specific part of the test.)

***Mails sent offering places/not offering a place or offering a place on the waiting list: July 6, 2020

Fulfillment of admissions requirements for
Bachelor’s and Master’s requirements:
by August 21, 2020

*Test duration: Please note, the computer-based test must be completed within a time period of two and a half hours (Bachelor) or one and a half hours (Master), plus an extension period of max. 15 minutes. At the end of the 2 hours and 45 minutes (Bachelor) or 1 hour and 45 minutes (Master) the test will be stopped by the trainer. Tests that are not completed will still be marked. Keeping track of time is the responsibility of the student. It will be made clear that the different test blocks take different amounts of time.

By choosing a date for the test, you are confirming your agreement with this process.

**Applicants for the degree programs Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication and Master’s degree in Executive Management whose primary residence is not in Austria will complete both parts of the admissions procedure in one day. Please note: If you choose two priorities you will have to visit Vienna a second time for the degree program specific part of the test!

*** You must pay in the tuition and other fees within the deadline specified to secure your university place. The payment is a binding registration. If this does not happen, the university place will be passed on to the next applicant automatically. The student fee for the first semester is valid as a deposit in case you do not take up the university place and is therefore non-refundable.
