“Innovation is no coincidence!” was the motto of the Alumni Talk on June 24, 2020. The speaker of the evening, HRO alumnus Christian Felber, is an innovation guide at INNOLAB, where he and the six-person team support Styrian small and medium-sized companies.
Over Zoom, Christian Felber inspired the participants on the topics of future and innovation. The HRO graduate illustrated his passion for his profession with practical examples from his everyday work. The audience also received practical tips on how to approach innovation in everyday life and got to know various innovation and creativity tools.
The quintessence: Always question one’s own attitudes and always dare to change one’s perspective.
At the Alumni Talks, organised by the Alumni & Career Services at FHWien der WKW, graduates have the opportunity to share their expertise with students and other alumni. Exchange and networking are also very important in the digital world.
