On November 17, 2022, the second SDG Day of FHWien der WKW will take place. This time, the focus is on SDG 11 “Sustainable Cities and Communities”.

As leading university of applied sciences for management & communication, it is our mission to prepare our students to act in a socially and ecologically sustainable way. The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations are cornerstones for the education of future leaders and managers.

On November 17, 2022, we will therefore be hosting our SDG Day for the second time – this time on our campus. The day is entirely dedicated to SDG Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities. As a university in a major city, the sustainable development of our living space is of great concern to us.

Under the motto “Be smart. Act responsibly.” we want to give students, lecturers, employees and representatives of companies, academia and NGOs the opportunity to exchange ideas on the development of sustainable cities and communities.
