European Culinary Tourism Conference

From 3^rd to 4^th March 2011 the first European Culinary Tourism Conference successfully  took place at the FHWien University of Applied Sciences. More than hundred participants – scholars, practitioners as well as students,  from all over the world used the opportunity to discuss current topics of Culinary Tourism.  This conference, organized in collaboration with the  College of Polytechnics Jihlava, is part of the European Union "Territorial Cross Border  Co-operation Austria – Czech Republic 2007-2013", co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Am 3. und 4. März 2011 hat die erste European Culinary Tourism Conference erfolgreich an den FHWien-Studiengängen der WKW stattgefunden. Mehr als 100 TeilnehmerInnen – AkademikerInnen, PraktikerInnen und Studierende – aus aller Welt nutzten die Gelegenheit um aktuelle Themen zum Bereich Culinary Tourism zu diskutieren. Diese Konferenz wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit dem College of Polytechnics Jihlava organisiert. Die Veranstaltung ist Teil des Europäischen Programms „Europäische territoriale Zusammenarbeit (ETZ) Österreich – Tschechische Republik 2007-2013 und wird vom Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung (EFRE) kofinanziert.
