Mission statement
Internationality is the future of business.More and more companies are demanding that employees possess outstanding foreign language skills as a basic requirement for long-term success. Foreign language skills are no longer merely "additional qualifications" in the business world. Due to the emerging markets in Eastern Europe, not only English but also Slavic languages are playing an increasingly significant role in this context.
The FHWien University of Applied Sciences provides its students with numerous opportunities to acquire foreign language skills in combination with intercultural skills outside of the usual specialist curricula. This highly practice-oriented foreign language instruction mainly targets students who:

- intend to complete a semester or an internship abroad
- are considering the possibility of pursuing a career abroad
