Human Resources & Knowledge Management

The Bachelor's Degree Programme in Human Resources and Knowledge Management provides an in-depth, part-time university degree programme for human resource specialists. Building on applied fundamentals, the programme equips students with comprehensive skills related to current topics such as knowledge and skills management and electronic human resource management as well as trainer education. By participating in practical application projects you develop solutions specific to the human resources and knowledge management fields in key business stages: Business development, restructuring, transformation and mergers. This thoroughly prepares you for many challenges as a human resource specialist. From the 5th semester onward, students can choose between two fields of specialisation:

• Didactics and media deployment (including E-learning)
• IT IT systems in human resource and knowledge management
